Which license option do I need?
The Pro / Year option is the best option for most customers since it provides ongoing access to the tool for professional SharePoint work. An ongoing subscription allows you to access multiple templates and have access to the tool on a continuous basis.
Do templates work after I cancel?
Yes - any templates you have applied will continue to work even after you cancel.
How many licenses do I need?
A user license is required for each person logging into SharePointDashboards.com. There are no restrictions on the number of users accessing templates in your SharePoint site. Email support is available to licensed users.
How do I install templates?
No installation is required. Watch the Video Tutorial linked from each individual template to see a demonstration of how to use each template. Applying templates only requires simple copy and paste.
How do I get support?
Use the contact form to request support if you are active subscriber. Click Help in the upper right to access our extensive help guide and training.
Is my version of SharePoint supported?
SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server Subscription Edition, and Microsoft Lists are all fully supported.
Older versions of on premise SharePoint are not supported.
Do you offer discounts for government or non-profit?
We do offer discounts to non-profit and government organizations on annual subscriptions.

First cancel your monthly subscription. Then fill out the purchase form for the year subscription. Your year subscription will be set to begin automatically at then end of your monthly subscription.
What is included with priority support?
Priority support requests are prioritized for faster resolution. All support requests are handled by email.
